Badges? They Don’t Need No Stinking Badges

There is a lot of talk about fears law enforcement will racially profile illegal aliens. Even Mexican President Calderon is making this claim, though I’m not sure why when law enforcement in his country are some of the most corrupt in the Western Hemisphere.
